    • After 24 hours, cancellation requests may not be accommodated as the production process may have already begun.

  2. Refund for Canceled Orders

    • If your cancellation request is approved, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
    • Refunds will be processed after deducting any applicable transaction fees.
    • Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Refund Policy

  1. Eligibility for Refund

    • Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
      • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
      • The wrong product was delivered.
    • Refunds are not applicable for non-defective or non-damaged products due to the handcrafted nature of our items.

  2. Reporting Damages or Defects

    • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
    • Provide clear images of the damaged or defective product along with your order details.
    • Our team will evaluate the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund based on the situation.

  3. Refund Processing

    • Refunds for damaged or defective products will be processed once the issue is verified.
    • The amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.

  4. Shipping Costs

    • Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or damaged.
