Shipping Policy

    • We offer shipping within India and internationally.
    • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

  2. Processing Time

    • All our products are handcrafted with care. Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation.
    • You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking details once your order has been shipped.

  3. Delivery Time

    • Within India: Please allow 10-12 business days for delivery from the date of shipping.
    • International Orders: Delivery times vary based on location and may take 15-20 business days.
    • Please note that delivery times may be affected by unforeseen delays with third-party logistics providers.

  4. Tracking Your Order

    • Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be shared via email so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

  5. Customs and Duties (International Orders)

    • The Punch Loft is not responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees applied by customs or other authorities on international orders. These charges will be borne by the customer.

  6. Undelivered Orders

    • If an order is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, additional shipping charges will apply for re-dispatching the order.

Exchange Policy

  1. Eligibility for Exchange

    • Exchanges are only applicable in the following cases:
      • The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
      • The wrong product was delivered.
    • Exchanges are not applicable for non-defective or non-damaged products due to the handcrafted nature of our items.

  2. Reporting an Issue

    • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
    • Provide clear images of the issue along with your order details for verification.

  3. Exchange Process

    • Once the issue is verified, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.
    • Please note that the replacement process may take up to 7-10 business days from the date of verification.

  4. Shipping Costs for Exchanges

    • Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the exchange is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

  5. Non-Exchangeable Items

    • Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Important Notes

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services.
  • All exchanges are subject to stock availability. If a replacement is not available, we will offer a suitable alternative or store credit.
